Easy to set up, just install backup battery(9 volt, not included), connect AC adapter and telephone line. Mount on wall between 1.5 and 2 meters (5 to 6 feet) high and position motion sensor to cover the area you want protected, ie doorway, hallway or window.

Note, we do not carry the remote mentioned in the instructions. This device is sold as a programmable autodialer with entry and exit delays to allow safe arming and disarming.
