To whom it may concern,
I just wanted to express a deep thank you for your service. I currently work in a private security position to where I do security in a high risk bar. We had multiple fights break out there when I went to work there and many people went to the hospital. Many of the other bar security (We have occupancy of 1400) were quick to use pepper spray and carried the 2 ounce sprays. Well I had to emphasize to many of the that the spray was only to be used as an alternative to talking people down.
They used to use Saber Red for the choice of sprays but after several occasions people continued to be combative even after being sprayed. I had heard a great deal about Fox pepper sprays and wanted to test them out. I have not found any place local that sales it so I went on the Internet and found your web site. Now for the BIG piece of gratitude. We had a bar fight last Saturday night in which it escalated to gun fire. Some one went and got a firearm and started shooting wildly into the crowd (Amazingly no one was hit). I was faced with a very difficult decision in whether to fire back (And risk hitting someone in the crowd) or find an alternative means. Well the Fox you sale is VERY potent. So much in fact just to breath it causes you to choke in most cases. So I ordered my partners who was across the lots from me and upwind from the shooter to spray it into the air and cross my pattern (X - Pattern). The shooter began to cough and hack and IMMEDIATLY ceased fire. He jumped into his car and took out quickly.
We never did catch him and a lot of people who were pinned behind cars complained to us about the spray choking them but hey they are alive today because of the quality of fox labs, your company willing to sale to those who wish to protect both themselves as well as those of us in trusted with the lives of others. And some real quick thinking.
Some people said we did not do enough because he got away to shoot again some other day, but the fact is no one miraculously was hit.
