In response to public demand, FOX LABS, the recognized leader in self-defense spray innovation, introduces “MEAN GREEN™” — green OC formulas consisting of resin rated at 3,000,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU) that is so purified it is virtually clear. Not even FOX LABS’ 5.3 million SHU resin used in their famous “FIVE POINT THREE™” formulas is as pure. This has enabled FOX LABS to add green dye to the formula making it distinctive from all other formulas in the marketplace. It not only maintains the legendary stopping power that all FOX LABS’ formulas are known for, but with the addition of the green color they offer the additional benefit of a deterrent that makes assailant identification much, much easier.
FOX LABS’ “MEAN GREEN™“ formulas fulfill the last remaining niche in the self defense spray market that was not addressed — formulas that have intense heat, potent stopping power, true non-flammable properties and an easily visible green I.D. dye that can take days to remove from the skin. The addition of this highly visible dye means that the person who is sprayed will have to stay out of the public eye (possibly missing work, avoiding friends, family and even strangers) for days, or risk being identified as an assailant. This will make the job of identifying these assailants much easier for police, and it will be an added deterrent to the bad guys because they know that if sprayed they will be easy marks for apprehension.

Searing 3,000,000 SHU formula at 6% concentration
Provides 180,000 SHU out the nozzle and 1.2% total capsaicinoids.
Pure base resin, only Fox Labs spends the money to provide. This means the formula is faster acting than competeing brands.
Bright green dye to mark the offender for easy identification by police, sheriff, or campus police officers. Dye is vegetable based and safe for human use.
Non-flammable and safe to use with Tasers or other stun devices.
Dimensions
Two sizes available currently in Flip tops:
The MK3 or 1.5 oz and the MK4 or 3.0 oz. Both come in Stream and Cone Fog spray patterns.
Dimensions: The MK3 is 4 inches tall, 1.25 inches in Diameter, the MK4 is 5.75 inches tall, same diameter.
Some vendors call the MK3 a 2 oz, but the net weight is 1.5 oz. The can is the same size as the original 5.3 formula 2 oz. can. Same for the 3 oz Mean Green and 4 oz original formula.

Mean Green is no gimmick.
The base is hotter and more intense than anything else on the market save other Fox Labs formulas. Add to this the green dye so many have been asking for and its a product whose time has come.
Why does Mean Green cost more?
The base pepper material used in Mean Green costs 50% more than the usual Fox Labs pepper base. Fox Labs needed to refine it to a previously unprecedented degree to remove all the impurities, including the characteristic orange color, so the green dye could be mixed with it. However, with purity comes not only the benefit of the green dye, but it make the pepper faster-acting since there are no "cool" ingredients to get in the way of the heat creating components.
This is a premium formula specifically designed to be effective at stopping and identifying your attacker. This product is a great value if that's what you want to accomplish.
This is one mean formula and well worth it.
